This hotel was built at the end of the XVII century and it was inhabited by the worthy Antonio José de Ayos. It’s registered to be bought at the end of XIX century, by Don Juan de Bautista Maineros and Trucco. Around the 1890’s in the republican period, the house was transformed, being centre of commerce at popular level, and then in 2002 the house begins the refurbishment process to be transformed into this Hotel.

With its colonial style the house offers a singular and harmonic contrast for a full use of the senses, it relies on a privileged place inside the walled city and is near the Convention Center.
